Is there a way to get rid of the Global and Local Folders?
Yes.
In version 4.0, single-left-click the overhead 'Tools' menu, then single-left-click the 'Settings' option, and single-left-click 'General' on the left-hand-pane. Now simply deselect (un-tick) 'Show Global folders' and/or 'Show Local folders'.
In version 5.0, single-left-click the overhead 'Tools' menu, then single-left-click the 'Settings' option, and single-left-click 'General' on the left-hand-pane. Now simply deselect (un-tick) 'Show Smart folders' and/or 'Show Local folders'.
How do I correct spelling errors with the integrated Spell Checker?
Single-right-click on any spelling error [underlined in red], and single-left-click-select the correct spelling from the right-click-menu.
How do I enable Local Weather Reports in the Calendar?
In version 5.0, single-left-click the overhead 'Tools' menu, then single-left-click the 'Settings' option, and under 'Calendar' go to 'Weather' and single-left-click the 'Change' button. On the Change Location popup screen, enter your city or town's name in the 'Enter location' field, then single-left-click the 'Look Up' button. From the 'Available locations' single-left-click-select the one closest to you, then single-left-click 'OK'.
My CSV-imported Contacts do not show up when I click on the TO: field when composing a new email. Is there a way I can fix this?
Yes, but you will need to re-import your contacts.
Before re-importing your contacts, you will first need to delete your previously imported contacts, to prevent duplication.
To do this, single-left-click on the Contacts Tab (bottom left). Once you see all your contacts, press CTRL and then simultaneously A – this will select all your contacts. Once all your contacts are selected, press DELETE.
Now you will need to re-import your contacts.
To re-import, single-left-click the overhead 'File' menu, then single-left-click the 'Import...' option.
On the Import popup screen, single-left-click 'Import contacts from .csv file', then single-left-click the 'Next' button.
On the next Import popup screen, single-left-click the 'Browse...' button, select your previously exported CSV file, and single-left-click the 'Next' button.
On the next Import popup screen, you will need to map, at least, the name and email address columns.
Above the 'Name' field, select 'Display Name'. Above the 'Email 1' field, select 'Email'. Once your fields are assigned, single-left-click the 'Finish' button.
