As a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of consumer electronics we offer a wide variety of computer technical services ranging from on-site computer technical support 🖥️ to remote administration 👨💻, wired and wireless networking 🛜, Manual Offsite Backup Operations 💾 and an inhouse workshop for troubleshooting and repairs ⚙️.
Wired and Wireless Networking
We install and maintain both wired and wireless Personal Area Networks (PANs), Local Area Networks (LAN), Campus Area Networks (CAN) and Wide Area Networks (WANs).
Manual Offsite Backup Operations
Due to the fact that automated backup operations will fail from time-to-time, we offer manual
offsite backup operations, scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
These operations are quoted following an audit of the devices and data to be retrieved onsite
and stored offsite.
Computer Technical Workshop
Our inhouse workshop is well-equiped to perform safe data transfers, hardware upgrades, troubleshooting and repairs.
Remote Administration
We offer remote technical support via AnyDesk - to be downloaded and installed by the customer themselves. We do NOT support Teamviewer or any other remote administration tool.
All remote sessions must be booked via WhatsApp in advance at R300. This booking fee is non-refundable and covers the first hour of remote support.
Internet Services
As an Internet Services Provider (ISP) we offer a range of Internet-related services, including Web Site Development ✨, Web Site Transfers 🔓, Web Site Hosting 🌐, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) 🔍 for existing websites, including integration with Bing and Google Search, and Google Maps.
Web Site Hosting
We offer website hosting at R30 per Gigabyte, with one FTP account, and a maximum of two email addresses per Gigabyte with IMAP/POP3/SMTP and webmail access.
Web Site Transfer
In order to host your website we will have to transfer the site, databases and email accounts from the current host.
Transfers are quoted following a consultation with the customer to determine the scope of the transfer.
Business Automation Services
