Damage Reports for Insurance Claims

We also have more than 25 years of experience compiling damage reports for insurance claims from various insurers, including Santam.

Damage reports are charged at R400 per device, since most insurance companies now require us to remove, identify and report every component separately (motherboard, CPU, RAM, display cards, storage drives, etc), as well as field calls to discuss the reports, as a direct result of increasing insurance fraud (Generis Legal Intelligence, 2024; Fraser, 2024; van der Schyff, 2025).
